






The Global Content Excellence team sits within the Philips Personal Health marketing organization and works closely with Business, Region, and external agency partners. Together, we shape how Philips defines, creates, governs, and optimizes content worldwide. This is a full-time, 6-month internship position based in Amsterdam (Philips Amsterdam), starting in 2026. Our team develops the strategies, frameworks, and ways of working that ensure content is consistent, high-quality, and effective across all markets—while still meeting local needs. We focus on elevating performance, simplifying workflows, and enabling teams to create content that drives business results. In this role, you will support the team across key pillars of content strategy, governance, operations, and technology. You’ll help bring together insights from people, processes, and platforms to strengthen how Philips produces and manages content at scale. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions to help the team: * Improve and standardize content workflows * Identify efficiencies across production and localisation * Enhance creative quality and performance * Evolve our technology stack (workflow tools, DAM, PIM, and content intelligence) You will gain hands-on experience in: * Foundational and campaign content development * Global-to-local content adaptation and localisation processes * Content production models and governance frameworks * Creative quality assessment and performance measurement * Working with key marketing technologies (DAM, PIM, workflow management, AI-enabled tools) * Managing cross-functional stakeholders across markets Working alongside an international, multi-functional team in Amsterdam, you’ll build practical skills across marketing, content operations, and digital tools—while contributing to new ways of working that help future-proof how Philips approaches content at scale.
