As our Building Surveying team continues to grow, we are delighted to offer an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our dynamic Cambridge office. This role provides hands-on experience across a diverse range of projects and surveying instructions. You’ll work on schemes within residential, education, industrial and commercial sectors, gaining exposure to a variety of professional services, including: * Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) surveys * Pre-acquisition Building Surveys * Design and Contract Administration * Schedules of Condition * Schedules of Dilapidations * Reinstatement Cost Assessments You will collaborate with an impressive client portfolio, including major retailers, local authorities, museums, universities, colleges and property investors.
