This includes overseeing site operations and coordinating resources while working with clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. As a Surfacing Supervisor Apprentice, within the Surfacing Solutions business you’ll be involved in all aspects from operational, commercial and administration. This is a 24/7 operation so flexibility to working hours is key. You will undertake theoretical and practical training to develop the knowledge, skills and experience required to ensure you have a thorough understanding of all areas. You may be required to travel to our local training provider to support your studies, the cost of which Breedon will cover. If you’re one to tiptoe around puddles with trepidation, maybe this role isn’t for you. You won’t be spending every day in a clean, corporate office swivelling on an office chair! Time will be spent working within all operational departments.
