As an Equity Capital Markets (“ECM”) Intern you are actively involved in both the origination and execution of transactions in public equity markets. The team, consisting of 10 dedicated bankers, combines market insight and intelligence with corporate finance knowledge to develop tailor-made solutions for raising capital through initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings, block trades, convertible bonds, share buybacks and other types of equity advice. You will be part of a very close-knit team with many social events and lots of fun! During a co-working internship you experience what it’s like to work at Rabobank, while a research internship gives you the chance to improve our organization and an observational internship gives you a sense of what the work is like. Not only will you get to know our organization, but you will also gain experience in a field of your choice and develop on a personal level. What will you do? * Conduct financial analysis and market research to support equity transactions. * Support the team in the execution of IPOs, rights issues, and other equity-related transactions. * Engage with senior team members and clients, gaining exposure to the full ECM process. * Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions. * Receive on the job training for both hard and soft skills * Be involved in the majority of transactions in the Dutch market as well as international landmark equity raises * Get the opportunity to be involved in both origination and execution of ECM transactions
