



The Customer Success team at Mirakl helps clients successfully launch, optimize, and grow their marketplace by guiding them through implementation, analysing performance, and driving continuous improvement. We are looking for a Business Analyst (Working student) to support our Customer Success Team starting as soon as possible in Munich. Your Mission: * Perform insightful business analyses and propose actionable strategies to enhance client results. * Develop presentations and materials (in English and German), for workshops that captivate and inform our clients. * Dive deep into market research, uncovering trends and opportunities within the e-commerce landscape * Collaborate on high-impact internal projects, working with cross-functional and international teams to drive success. * Provide support to the leaders and managers of our Customer Success Team, assisting with daily activities that ensure Mirakl remains a leader in the industry.
