The Customer Success team at Mirakl helps clients successfully launch, optimize, and grow their marketplace by guiding them through implementation, analysing performance, and driving continuous improvement. We are looking for a Business Analyst (Working student) to support our Customer Success Team starting as soon as possible in Munich. Your Mission: * Perform insightful business analyses and propose actionable strategies to enhance client results. * Develop presentations and materials (in English and German), for workshops that captivate and inform our clients. * Dive deep into market research, uncovering trends and opportunities within the e-commerce landscape * Collaborate on high-impact internal projects, working with cross-functional and international teams to drive success. * Provide support to the leaders and managers of our Customer Success Team, assisting with daily activities that ensure Mirakl remains a leader in the industry.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (current enrolment required for working‑student status)
Perform insightful business analyses and propose actionable strategies to enhance client results.
Develop presentations and materials (in English and German), for workshops that captivate and inform our clients.

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with a focus on Business, Economics, or a related field.
You are deeply interested or you have a first experience in the e-commerce industry.
You are comfortable working in a highly motivated, diverse, international team environment.
You are fluent in both English and German, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, capable of creating compelling data visualizations and presentations.
You are a creative problem-solver, able to work well independently and collaboratively, and know how to handle challenging business situations
You are detail-oriented and have very strong analytical skills
