Join a high-performing team focused on finance transformation and building a best-in-class Controlling Operations organization within the Budapest Hub. As a trainee, you'll contribute to meaningful work from day one — gaining real exposure to global pharmaceutical finance while growing alongside experienced professionals. You will support the controllers who manage M&S costs across their perimeter, working closely with Finance Business Partners and M&S stakeholders around the world. This is a hands-on learning role designed to give you practical experience in financial controlling within a complex, global organization. You'll be guided by experienced colleagues who are invested in your development. Main responsibilities: * Assist in preparing monthly variance analyses, comparing actuals against budget and forecast, * Support month-end close activities by gathering, checking, and consolidating financial data, * Help maintain and update budget tracking files and reporting templates, * Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, * Perform data reconciliation across multiple systems and flag discrepancies for review, * Assist with ad hoc financial analyses and research as requested by the team, * Participate in process improvement initiatives by documenting current workflows and suggesting observations.
