As an integral member of CCH, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life of each individual under your care. Your responsibilities will include * Companionship – being a friendly face & preventing loneliness, whilst building relationships with your clients * Personal Care – all aspects of personal hygiene * Medication – collecting prescriptions & providing reminders and administrating medication * Mealtimes – preparing tasty meals and drinks * Housekeeping – keeping their home just the way they like it * Mobility – supporting our clients to be part of the local community The successful Care Professional will ensure this is done with the highest level of understanding and dignity for our clients.
