What you bring * You will work on specific risk assessments and audit engagements and other risk-management- and audit-supporting activities * You will provide general administrative support for the Head of the Enterprise Risk Management Team and the Head of the Internal Audit EMEA team as well as the Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit EMEA teams in general * You will schedule, prepare and follow-up on meetings and workshops, i.e. preparing agendas and taking minutes * You will create presentations and updates of departmental documentation What you bring You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences: * Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences in Germany * Preferred fields of study: Law, Business Administration or Economics or similar studies * Fluency in English language - German and/or Spanish language skills would be a plus * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Prior work experience at SAP in the F&A area would be a great advantage Then YOU are the right candidate for this position. We are looking forward to your application and getting to know you Where you belong The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team is centered on SAP’s growth aspirations, performance, pace of change and business complexity. The team collaborates across the business and leadership with SAP’s enterprise strategies from planning to execution to performance. We deliver high quality risk and audit assurance evaluations creating value and transparency for the strategy and the execution. We deliver: • Provide independent, objective and relevant risk and strategy audits at the enterprise level • Engage with stakeholders to assess enterprise level strategy risks, threats and opportunities such as market volatility, competitors, partner conflicts, geopolitical crises, digital and innovation disruptors • Monitor risks, performance and events that effect the strategy. Collaborates with leadership to evaluate impacts which supports decision making to mitigate critical risks to the strategy • Execute enterprise strategy audits evaluating plans, performance, complex processes, technologies in order to draw conclusions, provide executive level overviews, detailed findings and corrective actions • Deliver impactful and timely risk and audit reports for board members, executives, and business managers in a clear, concise and strategically positioned manner • Deliver services with industry leading methods which integrate Strategy and Performance into Enterprise Assurance The Internal Audit EMEA team is one of the integral elements of the corporate governance and compliance framework. We are a business advisor to our various stakeholders. We ensure that the company’s financial statements are reliable, its internal controls and compliance programs are effective, and we identify business risks. To achieve these goals, we work closely with the Board, the various corporate departments, and regional and local management. Our reports are presented to these stakeholders, which makes our work highly visible. Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
