


As part of a People Business Partner team (4 people), you provide day-to-day support to our managers and employees and work closely with other People (HR) teams. You also contribute to transversal projects, driving the success of our People strategy and organization. This apprenticeship is a great opportunity to grow and learn from mentors, within a People team that operates at scale for an international leading company. There is also an opportunity to take on ad-hoc projects depending on your profile and aspirations. What you’ll do (non-exhaustive) Day-to-day HR : you will work closely with the PBP lead to support groups of managers and employees * General employee relation support (including answering questions related to HR processes, with the support of our People Operations team & the other People Business Partners) * Termination process : resignation, exit interviews * Internal mobility Core missions: you will be the pillar of the team on 4 areas * Onboarding sessions for R&D new hires : planning, communication, process improvement * PHD hiring support for our internal AI Lab * Communication : HR internal page, quarterly People Newsletters * Analysis & KPIs : ·Survey analysis & action plans (engagement survey, exit interviews, manager survey), monthly KPIs Ad-hoc projects / tasks: * Support the PBP team during key annual programs such as Performance & Promotion processes, Talent review process, Compensation review * Run HR Pulse checks to assess engagement in specific teams * Contribute to transversal projects such as Manager development programs, trainings, feedback culture * Support the team on CSE meeting preparation, data collection for annual and quarterly mandatory information
