Job Description

The Technical Partner Integration and Certifications team is part of the Global Solution Consulting and Payment Optimization function within the Global Product Organization. Our role is to enable third‑party payment solutions to process transactions through the Elavon acquiring platform, ensuring our customers have access to a wide range of secure, compliant, and innovative payment options. As a team, we support partners throughout the end‑to‑end integration journey, provide technical consulting on capabilities and requirements, guide partners through card‑scheme certification and accreditation processes, and offer EMV expertise—all while maintaining a strong focus on regulatory and scheme compliance. Our 12-week paid summer internship program is one of the ways we help early talent thrive at Elavon U.S. Bank. Throughout the summer, you'll have the chance to explore different career pathways, contribute meaningfully to projects across the company and build lasting relationships with teammates, peers and leaders. As a summer intern, you’ll get practical exposure to how card payments work behind the scenes. You’ll learn how payment terminals, gateways, and software solutions are integrated, tested, and certified before reaching customers. You’ll also gain insight into EMV standards, card‑scheme rules, and regulatory requirements, while working closely with experienced professionals across multiple teams.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business with Information systems focus with a target completion date of May 2027/2028
  • Ability to start summer internship on 1 Jun 2026
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
