We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in technical support and IT systems management. This internship offers the opportunity to learn how to provide technical assistance to both students and colleagues, while supporting activities related to IT systems, business applications, and innovative solutions. The Intern will support the Tutor and the team in the following activities: * Manage ticketing and project management tools * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, performance, and security in coordination with technical teams * Assist in testing activities * Install and configure hardware and software * Support the implementation and management of business applications * Define and monitor data backup and recovery procedures * Provide help desk and technical support * Manage IT issues in Schools * Perform routine maintenance of business systems and infrastructure
