Job Description

As a Digital Sales Intern for the Baltic markets (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the region: * Engage with customers – communicate in a Baltic language (Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian), prepare offers, follow up on leads * Support the sales funnel – from first contact to successful deal closing * Leverage AI tools – work with our sales automation systems to make processes faster and smarter * Boost customer happiness – ensure buyers and sellers feel supported every step of the way

Requirements

  • Enrolled at a non-German Erasmus+ university, ideally near graduation
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months in Hamburg
  • Native-level fluency in Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian required
  • Russian is a strong plus
  • Solid English skills for internal communication
  • Strong communicator, motivated by reaching goals and helping customers succeed
  • Eager to learn and ready to take responsibility from day one
