As an intern in Research & Development, you will support our product development teams by conducting finite element simulations. Your goal will be to carry out virtual design studies and help identify the most effective solutions early in the development phase. You will be integrated into the development teams, working hands-on with the products of tomorrow. By performing finite element simulations with cutting-edge software like Ansys, Comsol, or LS-Dyna, you will help guide design decisions in real time. Balancing the complexity of detailed simulations with the fast pace of development, you’ll tackle a range of analyses from quasi-static to highly dynamic scenarios, often involving nonlinearities such as contact and material behavior.
