





As a Client Success intern, you’ll have the chance to take full ownership of your work and make a real impact from day one. You will be responsible for growing the inventory, the bookings and the revenue within your assigned market(s). The position combines sales and account management tasks related to your portfolio of customers (landlords). Finding new leads through our current lead generation channels and identifying new channels and practices. Acquiring and reactivating customers through cold calling to build your own portfolio of clients and properties. Onboard and educate customers on our products and services to maximise and accelerate their success. Maintain and develop mutually beneficial relationships with your existing customers to maximise value and offer a great customer experience. Negotiate with customers to maximise both the value we deliver and the value we capture (grow the account, upselling, etc.) Collect and deliver customer feedback with a data-driven approach focused on delivering maximum value to customers. Train and develop yourself in order to increase your sales performance and maximise your overall impact on the business.
