Job Description

The HR Placement Student will b ecome a valued member of the well-established UK Human Resources T eam, working within the broader European HR Team, providing vital support across HR operations and talent acquisition . This role will provide significant exposure to HR processes, stakeholder engagement and employee lifecycle activities. Key Responsibilities HR Administration * Support the HR team with day -t o - day administration across the employee lifecycle * Maintain accurate employee data and documentation * Assist with HR reporting and ad - hoc HR projects Talent Acquisition Support * Coordinate interviews within the UK, in partnership with the Europe Talent Acquisition Tea m , collaborating closely with hiring managers . * Manage candidate communication and scheduling * Support recruitment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience Early Careers Recruitment * Take ownership of the recruitment and onboarding process for our 2027 UK Placement Student intake * Liaise with universities, candidates, internal stakeholders and hiring managers * Support employer branding and student engagement initiatives This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad HR experience at scale and make a meaningful impact during your placement year.

  • studying for an undergraduate degree (ideally in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field)
