Job Description

The Learning & Development Apprentice will support the effective delivery of training across the FPS Newcastle Site. This role ensures that all training activities—such as scheduling sessions, managing training systems, and coordinating logistics—run smoothly and professionally. The apprentice will also be trained on the company’s competency management system, gaining valuable experience in workforce capability development. This position is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and eager to start a career in Learning and Development.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think on their feet, adapt, and pivot to changing business priorities.
  • Proactive, curious, and willing to learn new systems and processes.
  • Comfortable using IT systems (Microsoft Office 365 or similar).
