



To support this acceleration, we are looking for an agile and proactive Apprentice - Assistant Manager, capable of steering the daily operations of a dynamic team and facilitating the success of our strategic projects. INTERESTED? HERE IS WHAT YOU COULD DO: As an Assistant Manager, you play a central role in the operational efficiency and well-being of the team. Here is what is expected of you: Operational Coordination and Steering * Actively participate in the organization and coordination of daily activities to ensure smooth workflows. * Convey management instructions to the team and ensure their proper application with pedagogy and rigor. * Participate in monitoring key indicators (notably via the Pulse tool) to measure team engagement and efficiency. * Manage the manager's complex calendar, handle their email flows, and organize key moments (meetings, year-end interviews). Team Culture and Onboarding * Welcome and support newcomers to ensure a successful integration into the L'Oréal ecosystem. * Contribute to team motivation and cohesion by organizing moments of exchange and celebration (after-work events, seminars, team building). Administrative and Financial Management * Take charge of creating DEDs (Expenditure Commitment Requests) and ensure the administrative follow-up of associated service providers or projects.
