Job Description

ERM Iberia is looking to hire an intern to support the Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change (CSCC) team, with the possibility of collaborating on projects from other departments such as Safe & Sustainable Operations (SSO) and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). This position offers a unique opportunity to work on national and international projects addressing key challenges in corporate sustainability, compliance, auditing, etc. This role will be office-based in either our Madrid or Barcelona office. To partake in this internship you must be able to sign a convenio de prácticas universitarias.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in disciplines such as environmental science, environmental engineering, biology, sustainability, economics, finance, or similar.
Ability to sign a university internship agreement.
Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
Knowledge of a third language (e.g., French, Portuguese, or Italian) is a plus.
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office.
Adaptability, initiative, and eagerness to learn.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Interest and ability to research legal regulations and sustainability frameworks such as TCFD, GRI, CDP, SBTi, CSRD, TNFD.
