Antin expects interns to assist in the acquisition and asset management of infrastructure companies in Europe. The investment process requires both the financial skills of investment banking and the strategic thinking of management consulting. As a result, this internship program is a unique experience to develop a well-rounded business mind. The streamlined organisation of the investment team offers interns the opportunity to be fully part of the team, assume responsibilities and work closely with senior managers of the firm and external advisors. Responsibilities: * Conduct research, analysis, financial modelling and evaluation of a variety of private equity investment opportunities as well as contribute to the overall evaluation process * Contribute to the development of investment recommendations based on the results of the team’s due diligence and analysis * Participate in drafting various presentation materials and memos for both internal and external purposes * Assist in due diligence on investment opportunities
