As a Front Office Intern, you'll play an important role in creating a unique guest experience full of personalized memorable moments on the island of Malta What you will be learning: - You will assist with all daily procedures, from check-ins to checkouts. - You will facilitate updating internal daily documentation as well as handling new reservations and modifications if necessary. - You will be providing high-quality concierge service, offering room show around of the hotel and the premises. - You will be in charge of handling guests’ feedback and finding solutions in a professional, qualitative and timely manner
