The IT Operations Intern reports to the IT Manager or IT Supervisor and is responsible for ensuring that the organization's IT systems and infrastructure operate effectively and efficiently. They play a critical role in ensuring that end-users have the necessary tools and support to perform their job duties and that IT systems and processes align with business objectives. In addition to technical support, an IT Operations Intern is responsible for documenting and reporting on IT-related issues and providing feedback to management on system performance and improvements. They will assist with training end-users on new technologies or systems.
