Assist during the planning, forecasting and budgeting processes for various business and financial KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for SAP’s Services organization. * Assume responsibility for maintaining the master data of a dedicated part of the Services organization, incl. the creation of internal order, profit center, etc. * Importantly, drive the creation and development of management presentations for high-level executives inside and outside the Services organization and maintain the news page of the BAC Services team. * Support the creation of process documentation and publication on SAP internal platforms, such as newsletters or onboarding documents. * Project support across the various initiatives in BAC Services to ensure adequate quality through the consolidation of data, preparation and creation of analyses and subsequent reports and presentations * Proactive interaction and communication with team members, managers, and other internal customers in an international environment * Support the team on ad hoc reporting and analysis requests * Other operational activities.
