Job Description

Independent processing of one or more development projects * Analysis of existing processes and materials * Planning and execution of laboratory tests in the chemical field * Detailed documentation of results * Close cooperation with production and application engineering * Characterization and evaluation of treated surfaces using various methods such as corrosion tests, surface tension measurements or UV fluorescence * Transfer of the new processes to pilot plant scale

Requirements

Studies in chemical engineering, process engineering, chemistry, materials science or related fields.
Interest in topics related to surface technology, corrosion protection and cleaning
Good computer skills (MS-Office)
Independent working style and good analytical skills
Commitment, initiative, ability to work in a team, creativity and enjoyment of practical work
The internship/thesis should be a mandatory part of your studies and last at least 5 months.
