Supporting the SAP Global Control Center (GCC) Management Team as management assistant with * Business Case creation in MS ppt * Management Presentations in MS ppt * Complex data evaluations with SAP Analytics and MS Excel * Decision Papers in MS word * Documentation in SharePoint and workspace * Preparation, follow up and action item tracking * Participation in automation and AI projects * Project Management Support (PMO) In this role you will actively contribute to GCC’s evolution by supporting strategic projects and initiatives not only by administrative support. We are also looking for your outside-in perspective for innovative, AI supported process improvements. You will work directly with the GCC Management team globally gaining insights in strategic management topics and how they cascade down in daily operations. The focus will be mainly EMEA/MEE timezone but AMER or APC friendly meeting times are possible. Requirements
