The Source Laser Beam Control team develops the software that measures and controls the high‑power laser used in ASML’s EUV systems. This software ensures accurate laser steering and supports the stability and efficiency of EUV light generation. As a Computer Science intern, you will help improve the long‑term reliability of the team’s model‑driven development approach.
