Job Description

The Process Development Intern will be working within the Technical Operations team and acquire a detailed understanding of technical aspects of the processes, equipment and facilities. The intern will focus their training on the development lab equipment, execute small scale models and subsequent use of these models in a process development project.

Requirements

Strong academic background in Organic/ Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, BioProcess Engineering or Biological/Pharmaceutical Sciences and currently working towards bachelors/master’s degree.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate technical information and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
Shows strong work ethic and self-motivation to find solutions when presented with challenges.
Analytical and/or technical experience, including FTIR, UV, HPLC, freeze-drying, purification etc.
