With the demand for expert capital structuring and financing advice continuing to rise, we empower entrepreneurs, Private Equity investors, and businesses with tailored debt solutions to support growth, acquisitions, and transitions. You will work on diverse and challenging financing transactions that require analytical insight, commercial thinking, and strong execution skills. You’ll support clients in navigating acquisition financing, refinancing and restructuring processes. All within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment where you’ll gain real responsibility from day one.

Requirements

master’s degree in Finance or a related field
Native Dutch fluency and strong command of written and verbal English
Excellent analytical thinking
financial modelling skills considered a plus
The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

proactive mindset and drive to succeed
