You’ll join an international team responsible for bringing social media to life across the world. What You'll do From day one, you’ll play a hands-on role in coordinating digital operations for organic social media and the employee advocacy platform. Working with global, regional and local social media/digital teams, program managers, and product owners to make sure all platforms are operating smoothly, and the best branded content and EGC is published. You’ll be one of the first to see new creative content before it’s published, how internal teams collaborate, and how we keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll also have the chance to: Learn how social media content is prepared and launched globally Review, approve and publish social media content through our tech platform Work with colleagues from around the world Get exposure to content management, agile and marketing tools like JIRA, Figma, confluence, our social tech platform Key tasks include: Content coordination: Finalise, review(quality check), upload and publish social media assets for publication through the social tech platform. Help managing the content calendar. Co-ordinate content with regional social media teams Create performance reports and campaign analyses Social media & platform operations: Facilitate and support social platform related JIRA tasks, liaising with regional and market counterparts Coordinate with internal and regional teams for any social media and platform queries, acting as a main point of contact Review and propose process improvements Coordinate the monthly & annual social media awards and recognition In this role you be supported by the social media experts through coaching and guidance.
