




The Digital Adoption & Communications Intern will report to the Assistant Business Analyst and assist the HR Systems and People Analytics Unit team in the development of digital content and promoting user adoption through active engagement with communities of practice across the organization. Duties and responsibilities: • Assist in developing short digital training content (e.g. videos) related to Workday, including reviewing available resources across multiple platforms (Workday Learning, Intranet, SharePoint) and providing insights based on global user feedback; • Liaise with Workday focal points to identify potential gaps and gather practices from both regional offices and HQ; • Support the development of new learning paths in Workday Learning; • Assist in developing communication materials and updating online community platforms; • Monitor analytics for HR SPA intranet pages; • Collect intranet user feedback and act as a focal point for publishing HR SPA content; • Support the development of UNHCR/HR SPA-branded communication materials; • Stay up to date with knowledge-based article needs in Workday Case Management to help enhance system knowledge; • Support the team’s change management activities related to HR systems and initiatives; • Assist in BAU (Business as Usual) activities related to the Workday People Experience (PEX) module and support the team in the implementation of new projects related to PEX; • Perform any other related duties as required.
