Job Description

Join us as a Working Student in our Transformation Projects team and help shape the future of energy. You’ll play a key role in RWE’s company-wide transformation programme, contributing to projects that improve how we work and deliver measurable impact. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, work with diverse teams, and take ownership of high-impact initiatives. * Coordinate and track multiple transformation initiatives, bringing structure and clarity to fast-moving projects * Plan, schedule and prepare programme routines so milestones, decisions and dependencies stay on track * Create crisp, compelling presentations, reports and documentation that land with stakeholders * Monitor progress, risks and issues — communicating early to remove blockers and prevent delays * Collaborate across teams and introduce practical ideas in digital tools, automation and AI to improve workflows * Keep operations running smoothly by organising key routines, documentation and meetings

Requirements

  • Basic project management knowledge, including planning, risk/issue tracking and reporting
  • Sharp attention to detail with the ability to work confidently with complex project information
  • Clear, confident communication in English to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to create professional, deadline-driven presentations
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset — calm, organised and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to prioritise, learn quickly and drive continuous improvement
