You will be based at Severn Trent Headquarters in Coventry, the heart of our patch. The programme requires you to complete placements throughout your time in the role, gaining exposure in different areas of the department so that you are equipped with the right skills to build your career here at Severn Trent. In this exciting programme, you will have the chance to discuss your development and career ambitions in your 1-1 meetings with business leads, mentors, the cohort leader, and the New Talent Team. As part of this apprenticeship, you will be studying towards a Level 4 qualification in Water Process Operative. Working in our Transformation team you’ll work alongside our Project Managers and key business stakeholders to drive transformational change across our business. You’ll learn how to deliver a project in line with defined objectives, taking decisions to manage stakeholder expectations and liaising with a multi-skilled, cross-disciplinary team to deliver the project to time, cost and quality requirements. You’ll get to work on projects that drive better customer experience, improve our operational performance and help make us a more efficient and effective business.
