As an Evening General Assistant you will… Assist in serving dinner events according to established menus and recipes. Maintain cleanliness of the front of house and back of house areas including organising and washing dishes and utensils. Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination. Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies. Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs. Participate in training sessions and meeting related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
