This program provides a unique opportunity to rotate across key operational departments — Front Office, Guest Experience, and Housekeeping — developing a well-rounded understanding of luxury hospitality. Program Overview During this structured internship, you will rotate through three core departments: * Front Office: Guest check-in/out, reservations support, and daily operations * Guest Experience: Personalized service, guest relations, and satisfaction management * Housekeeping: Quality standards, room operations, and coordination of cleaning services You will gain hands-on experience, working closely with department teams and learning how to deliver high-quality service across the guest journey.
