Job Description

Supporting activities under supervision in the “Emmy Noether Part 2” project in the field of multi-robot systems including the following tasks: * Support with programming in Python, C++ and ROS 2 within our open-source research testbed for flying robot swarms (60%) * Support in the execution of flight experiments with flying robot teams (20%) * Support with embedded programming in Rust and C for the firmware of the robots (10%) * Support with validation of new planning and control algorithms for collaborative flying robot teams (10%)

Requirements

  • Very good programming skills in Rust, Python, or C++
  • Good mathematical foundation in linear algebra and calculus
  • Good written and spoken English skills
