Job Description

As a Data Engineer, you will play a vital role in our team, working directly with the bank's business areas to provide valuable insights to drive business growth, understanding their needs, proposing and implementing data-driven solutions (analysis, visualization and automation). This international and diverse team helps Global Markets Portugal to get to know their clients better and identify opportunities and trends through what data can tell.

Requirements

Master’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electronic, Biomedical or similar Engineering field
Knowledge and interest in financial markets are a plus
Knowledge with Python programming language (Java/C++/C# will be considered)
Proficiency in SQL, Tableau and code versioning tools such as Git
Strong communication and presentation skills
Teamwork and collaborative mind-set
Effective problem solver and consensus builder
Fluency in written and spoken English
