Job Description

The Customer & Commercial Leadership function drives growth by delivering exceptional value to our customers, partners, and consumers. We focus on building strong relationships with customers and executing strategies that support Coca-Cola’s market leadership across the globe. What will you do as a Coca-Cola Ignite Intern? * Gain hands-on experience, develop critical skills, and handle complex projects with real business impact. * Get an opportunity accelerate your career growth within Coca-Cola's global networked organization. * Network with leaders and colleagues, learning from their expertise through various engagement opportunities. * Be part of a vibrant global community of interns and early career professionals, sharing experiences and insights. * Contribute to meaningful initiatives promoting social impact and sustainability, making a positive impact in our communities Key Responsibilities As a Customer & Commercial Leadership Intern, you will be exposed to Coca-Cola’s commercial and customer-focused strategies. You will help manage customer relationships, optimize sales operations, and ensure Coca-Cola’s products are available and accessible to consumers. * Assist in managing key customer accounts and relationships. * Support the execution of promotional and sales strategies. * Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and drive results. * Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution. * Help implement sales training and development programs for field teams. * Support customer negotiations and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master’s student, completing a master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Legal authorisation to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship is provided.
  • Must be available to start October 1st, 2026, and commit to 36.25 hours/week for a 12-month internship.
  • Fluency in English (with strong verbal and written communication skills)
  • Enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands and its values. Curious, agile, creative and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a high-performance and diverse environment.
  • Being inclusive, team-oriented, and adept at building relationships.
  • Basic understanding of commercial and strategies as well as market trends. Strategic and critical thinking with a customer centric approach. Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Analytical skills to understand market trends.
