Join our teams and contribute to industrial performance ! As part of the expansion of our operational teams, we are looking for a Production Engineer to report to the Department Manager. As a key player in the field, you will actively participate in improving industrial performance and leading teams in a demanding and stimulating environment. Your missions : • Implement Lean Manufacturing approaches • Participate in methods and maintenance projects • Lead continuous improvement projects • Monitor industrial performance indicators (production rate, efficiency, range yield, scrap tracking, costs, etc.) • Contribute to the safety and quality culture • Support production supervisors in their daily activities (field coordination, liaison with support services and UAP managers) • Assist the Department Manager in his technical and organizational projects.
