As a Customer Care & Logistics Intern, you'll work directly with our international team, engaging with customers and providing assistance in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Curious to see what your day-to-day will look like? 💪 * Advise and guide our customers through the use of Nodalview by replying to our customers' multiple requests. You'll have the opportunity to handle product-related issues, commercial requests, financial questions,... * Transfer customer feedbacks to the product team to add improvements and new feature requests to our solution that would delight our customers even more! * Arrange the shipping of our customers' orders and follow up on material warranties * Collaborate with the sales team to answer shipping inquiries and drive solutions * Monitor material stocks by making sure we will always be able to deliver our hardware to our customers. * Participate in building the Nodalview customer experience strategy. * Immerse yourself in the core of a SaaS company and communicate with every department.
