They are now looking for a passionate IT Support Apprentice to join their supportive IT team within a helpdesk role! As an apprentice, you will join their teams of support engineers where you will assist in troubleshooting customers problems remotely and face to face. During the apprenticeship, you will gain first-class mentoring and support from industry professionals to help you grow into an all-round support specialist! Salary: £18,00 per annum Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Benefits: • 22 days holiday + bank holidays • Training bonus • Pension scheme Future prospects: You will have the chance to continue to develop through the company and progress within your role.
