As Trainee IT Service Desk Technician, you will have the opportunity to work closely alongside senior members of the team to begin building your career within IT. As part of this role, you will liaise with clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction whilst also helping to set up and configure new IT systems. Additionally, you will be a point of contact for clients and offer 1 st line support on all technical issues with the view to seeing this through to resolution. Whilst no prior experience is required for the role as our client offer a really comprehensive and supportive training plan, a passion for technology and IT is a must whilst also being hungry to learn and expand your skillset.
