Job Description

As part of the Customer Care team, we welcome enthusiasm and innovation to improve and increase efficiency and maximise sales. As you develop throughout the year you are given the opportunity to increase autonomy and responsibility. Typical tasks may include; * Providing a professional and excellent standard of customer service * Direct customer liaison providing quotations and co-ordination of sales orders * Responding to customer enquiries within an agreed timescale * Ensure orders and enquiries are executed in an accurate, timely and cost-effective manner * Maintenance and development of strong customer relations * Producing customer reports / order status reports * General administration duties * Coordinate with internal departments including Commercial, Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing and Finance to ensure orders are delivered on time and in the most profitable and efficient way
