It is a fast-paced environment where you are responsible for answering questions and proactively offering further advice to solve problems and help the front line to serve the public. Using our training administration system, your duties will include: * Responding to customer queries via telephone, email and face to face. * Managing training course demand and co-ordinating the administration process for each course, working closely with Learning and Professional Development colleagues. * Managing course attendees including ensuring pre-requisites are met, issuing joining instructions and monitoring attendance. * Following up courses including managing training and qualification records. * To work collaboratively within People Services and the wider workforce, providing a proactive and co-ordinated approach to driving continuous improvement and disseminating organisational learning.
