Our CTO (Chief Technology Officer) department ensures that everything runs smoothly and safely at our international production sites. It is also responsible for the planning, construction and further development of our production facilities. The Reaction Technology, Kinetics & Thermodynamics team deals with the analysis of reaction systems through to the development and process engineering design of reaction apparatus. It supports Covestro in product and process development as well as in the areas of plant engineering and production. As part of projects, we offer committed students the opportunity to gain practical experience and apply the specialist knowledge they have acquired during their studies.
