












Provide hands-on IT support: Work as part of a local IT team to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues across a wide range of systems and services in a complex environment, including collaborating with other IT teams globally to ensure smooth operations.Set up and assist with projects: Install notebooks, support the helpdesk, and contribute to future IT projects as needed.Create helpful resources: Develop easy-to-understand documentation and guides for end users to resolve common issues independently. You’ll also conduct short training sessions to improve general IT literacy.Manage IT assets: Track and organize IT equipment such as notebooks and peripherals, and assist with asset lifecycle management—from procurement to decommissioning—gaining insight into hardware and inventory processes.
