Are you passionate about product strategy and innovation? Join ELITE in Milan as a Product management intern and play a key role in shaping and supporting the development and positioning of our products and services for corporate and partner clients. You will be primarily responsible for: * Supporting the design, development and launch of new products and services within the ELITE proposition, including defining requirements and concepts, engaging suppliers and colleagues, validating, and overseeing delivery and transition to business-as-usual operations. * Overseeing the existing ELITE proposition across different markets, ensuring the consistency of content and services with market positioning, commercial agreements and client needs. * Contributing to the definition and execution of the long-term strategy for ELITE products, ensuring alignment with market evolution, client needs and ELITE’s strategic positioning. * Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to define product evolution requirements, present and involve them in the development of new services and products, and building leadership in product development practices. * Supporting the presentation of new product evolution proposals to the management team, including preparing business cases and preliminary impact assessments.
