You'll be involved in meaningful recruiting activities from day one, working alongside experienced People & Culture professionals who are invested in your growth. You'll gain hands-on experience across the entire recruitment lifecycle while contributing to building our talented, diverse team in an international FinTech environment.

Requirements

Currently enrolled student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field
Genuine passion for people and talent acquisition with a service-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for connecting great talent with exciting opportunities
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) –you'll be interacting with international candidates and colleagues daily
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy even when things get busy
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office applications and eagerness to learn new HR technologies and applicant tracking systems
Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and the initiative to contribute ideas and take ownership of your projects
