To support our sales, customer service and organisation team, we are looking for a motivated intern for the coming season who will be fully involved in both the Hamburg office and, from May onwards, on site in Seignosse. Your responsibilities: At our Hamburg office (January – May) As an intern, you will be a full member of our sales and booking team. You will: * provide customer service to our guests by phone and email. * process enquiries and support the booking department, especially for Surfersweek. * maintain participant lists and databases. * prepare organisational processes and information for Surfersweek. * assist with daily tasks to ensure a smooth booking process. * learn about tourism, sales, customer service and travel organisation from the ground up. On site in Seignosse (from May / Surfersweek) Here you will be the central point of contact for our guests – right in the middle of camp life: * Reception and support for all Surfersweek guests * Organisation of check-in/check-out * Clarification of all booking and arrival questions * Management and updating of participant lists on site * Close cooperation with the team and head office * Support in daily camp operations and event procedures * Ensuring a smooth guest experience – with a lot of heart, humour and overview
