Job Description

As a Working Student Growth (w/m/x), you will support our Sales & G2M teams in their daily work and contribute to the smooth flow of our sales processes. Furthermore, you will take on responsibility for lead management, research and sales organization, while gaining deep insights into international customer projects, digital marketing and e-commerce solutions as well as modern AI and automation technologies. Sounds like you? Then we are looking for you as soon as possible as a working student (20 hours per week) in Berlin or Düsseldorf. Your tasks * You will support our Sales & G2M teams in various industry clusters with operational and organizational tasks * You will carry out our lead management – including qualification, follow-up and documentation * You will research potential prospects and independently approach customers (e.g. via LinkedIn) * You are responsible for preparing and coordinating appointments and creating sales documents * You will maintain and update our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) * You will provide support for sales campaigns, events, reporting and internal coordination * You will have the opportunity to contribute to interesting AI and automation topics

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., business administration/economics, marketing, or a comparable program) and ideally have at least one year of your studies remaining
  • You have some initial experience in sales, digital marketing, at a management consultancy or agency
  • You are familiar with the Microsoft environment
  • You are a quick learner and can easily familiarize yourself with new tools and processes
  • You are communicative, open and you work in a structured manner
  • You are interested in digital business models, e-commerce, AI and automation
  • You are very good in spoken and written German (at least C1) and English (at least B2)
