Being an intern at ATR means being integrated into a team as a full member with a real scope of involvement and responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and experience within a market-leading company! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Legal team. The internship offers hands-on exposure to varied legal matters and corporate governance in a multinational environment. The intern will work closely with a team of experienced in-house counsels and business stakeholders in different regions. Key Responsibilities * Assist in drafting, reviewing and revising commercial agreements (NDAs, sales and purchase contracts, service agreements, supplier contracts etc…) * Support corporate governance activities by preparing formal corporate documentation including board documentation, powers of attorney and corporate filings. * Conduct legal research on international corporate and commercial issues, including with respect to disputes and litigation to produce structured legal summaries. * Prepare internal memos, summaries reports and presentations. * Assist with intellectual property-related matters. * Collaborate with multi-national cross-functional teams.
