Join our team as a Financial General Ledger Accounting Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting the accounting processes behind millions of transactions processed by SumUp. Our Finance team plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and transparency of our financial data as we continue to scale globally. As part of the Financial General Ledger (FGL) team, you will support reconciliation processes, financial analysis, and accounting operations while learning from experienced professionals in a fast-paced international environment. This is a 6-month paid internship based in Sofia, ideally full-time (8 hours per day / 40 hours per week), with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. During the internship, you will gain exposure to financial reconciliations, accounting systems, and high-volume payment environments while supporting the team during key accounting cycles such as month-end close.
